Last month while we saw his determination denied, this month word has come to me that not one, but two of the church canons have accepted M. Inzabox as a ward worthy of their support joining the ranks of the clothed men of France and of the Pope in Rome. Where the Canon Clermont denied M. Jacques Inzabox in January, he decided that the good man showed determination in applying again in February and that M. Inzabox must not be a man who will set aside the clothe for some simple taste of Parisian life. The Canon Embrum must certainly have gained a similar impression as he too has consented to act as mentor to the initiate and guide him in the way of the Franciscan Order. |
